Lila began working as the City Clerk in the spring of 2015.   She grew up in Goodland and graduated from the Northwest Kansas Technical school in Data Processing and Electronics Technology.  She and her husband Jerry, who is a St. Francis native, were married in 1982 and lived in Wichita and Colorado Springs before moving “back home” in 1999.  She worked for 33 years as a Technical Solutions Consultant with Hewlett Packard before beginning her career in public service.
