Larry grew up in St. Francis and is dedicated to giving back to the community. He went to Kansas State University and studied Milling Science and Mgmt. Larry and his wife Terri moved back home in 1997 and have raised 4 children and now have 3 grandkids. He has worked at Yost Ford as Parts/Service Mgr for 21 years. Larry is an active member of the St. Francis Recreation Commission, St. Francis Pool Board and has been involved in many other community activities. At the beginning of 2024 Council term, Larry was bestowed the Council Presidency in a unanimous vote by his fellow Council members.
