The City of St. Francis was unable to hold its second Council meeting on Monday, February 24th, 2025, due to lack of quorum of the elected voting members. Per the City Code, the second meeting for February was postponed and to be rescheduled at the next immediately available date. Unfortunately, due to scheduling conflicts, the rescheduling of this meeting within the short time frame of the month, is not possible. The City has confirmed that since a Council meeting was held in the month of February, the second Council meeting may be cancelled and not rescheduled while still being in accordance with state statutes.*

All items that were scheduled to be discussed at the February 24th, 2025, meeting will be addressed at the next regular Council meeting scheduled for March 10th, 2025, at 7:00 pm.
